GENERAL MEETING/BOARD ELECTIONS
We will have our annual general meeting and board elections in December. We will let you know when we have confirmed the date. The primary item on the agenda for our general meeting will be the election of board members for 2020. The positions are president, vice-president, secretary, treasurer and new dancer coordinator. Your current board has served you well and they deserve a break. Please consider stepping up to take one of these positions.
ASDSC 5th SATURDAY DANCE, NOVEMBER 30, 2019
For our next dance we will be hosting the ASDSC 5th Saturday dance on November 30, 2019. This will be a very special event where we will be celebrating our First Responders. We will be dancing FULL PLUS from 6:30 pm – 7:30 pm followed by MAINSTREAM from 7:30 pm – 10:00 pm with 1 round/line dance between tips.
We will have a silent auction which will include lots of fun stuff and goodies and also there will be 2 pallet flags made and donated by Scott and Barbara Ruffner. All the profits from this dance will be donated to the First Responders Children’s Foundation.
Please make plans to attend and invite your non-square-dancing friends. Scot and Erin Byars will provide the fun with square dancing, round dancing and line dancing. We want to get everyone on the floor. We will even do a little teaching to get everyone moving. We hope to see you there.
